About Dr. Alan Horback

Dr. Alan Horback, PT, DPT, OCS, earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2020 and his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from University of Indianapolis in 2016. A Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist since 2022, Dr. Horback specializes in orthopedic physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, and performance recovery using advanced evidence-based techniques.

A former Division II swimmer specializing in the 50 and 100 Freestyle, Alan is passionate about helping patients return to peak performance, from everyday fitness to competitive athletics. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time in nature and with his family.
